This screen is displayed at power ON. Touch anywhere on the screen, to enter the operating screen. Operator can enter the run screen by touching Run on the opening screen. Screen shows the “Knife Disabled” message until we turn on the knife machine. Run Time information is displayed on the screen. The machine Speed in meter per min & in strokes per hour. Product counter shows strokes made up to 10 Million. The product counter can be reset in this mode using the reset option. The Totalizer or “Life count” is Non-Resettable it is shown at the bottom of the screen. Touch the manual to enter in the Manual mode this screen is used to set the job. Operator can select the options such as Knife ON or OFF, Paper guide ON or OFF. For paper guide ‘ON’, press on paper guide button and for ‘OFF’ press the button again. Operator can also select knife single stroke operation after selecting knife Enable ON. For Knife single cycle press on Knife single stroke button After the setting of new Job is over, Touch Run to escape to run screen. By touching on Setting icon, the following screen appears. Password for opening this screen is one two three four. Operator can set the Knife & Guide delay on this screen. All the settings having Range 1 to 1000 milliseconds Default values of settings are Knife start delay: 200 milliseconds Guide start delay: 150 milliseconds Guide off delay: 150 milliseconds Glue Start delay: 50 milliseconds Glue off delay: 10 milliseconds Operator can select the options such as Knife ON or OFF, paper guide ON or OFF. Please refer to the setting guidelines to enter proper timings for the Job. The leaflet tracking system is provided locally, to track the healthy operation of the knife. Operator can select the facility to turn ‘ON or OFF’ on ‘RUN SCREEN’. It is highly recommended to use this option to avoid the Jamming of the knife. Touch the manual to enter in the Manual mode Operator can enter the run screen by touching Run on the opening screen. Touch on the Input Output option Operator can check the Input Output status by touching ‘Input Output status’ screen on the operating screen. All parameters shown in the screen, if in OFF state, are displayed in red colour. If in ON state displayed in green colour While the machine is running in automatic mode, the knife home sensor, Infeed VFD & Outfeed VFD are shown in ON mode and displayed in green.
