<speak>  <emphasis level="strong">Reefunding Products.</emphasis>  <break time="9000ms"/> If you wish to reefund a product you must first switch the point-of-sale to Reefund Mode. <break time="4000ms"/> After signing on select the Functions button, and then select Reefund Mode. <break time="4000ms"/> You may need to enter a manager code to select Reefund Mode. If required get the manager or supervisor to enter their PIN code, swipe their card or use the biometric reader. <break time="4000ms"/> A notification box is then displayed and Reefund Mode is shown on the status bar at the top of the screen. <break time="4000ms"/> Once in reefund mode select the product or products you wish to reefund. <break time="4000ms"/> If reasons are configured you may be required to select the reason for the reefund. <break time="4000ms"/> Select pay and finalise in the Tender required.
