This is our **Procedure for procedures.** This document will describe how to make and update all new and existing procedures. A procedure is written documentation of ‘how we do things around here’ - there are hundreds of processes that get undertaken every single day and this is our effort to systematise each of the processes so that we can produce consistent and repeatable results no matter who happens to be carrying out the task. Writing these down also makes us think about the things we do every day in minute detail. With these detailed lists it is easier to see tasks that are redundant, wasteful or harmful to the organisation.
