Hello! Welcome to this quick tutorial for the Text Compare. Firstly, select Text Compare in the Main menu. The Text Comparison supports PDFs, text files and also Microsoft Word or Excel files. Here, the Source and Target files will be drag-and-dropped to the page, but it’s also possible to select them in the browser. The Source file is typically the reference file or for example the old version. The Target file is the new file, typically a PDF. Select a predefined Text setting for the comparison, it’s possible to select specific settings to fit the use case manually. Today we are going to use the settings template Normal. Now, we can to select the area for the comparison by choosing a template in the dropdown list or by selecting the area manually on the next page, let me show you how.
