VIL In-line shear system. VIL welding line, is equipped with in-line shear, for preparing the blank edge before welding. 5mm, of the blank edge, is sheared in this process, to achieve a perfect edge, to obtain the best weld quality. The blank is dropped on the conveyor by Robots, and is, positioned in the shear, with the help of conveyors and locator pins. The scrap is removed through the side of the shear into a bin.
