First of all, thank you for the opportunity to have this interview! For me it’s very interesting and a pleasure to have the possibility to candidate for this position in your company, I know Eolo and I appreciated how the company grow during the last years and how you try to be innovative in this difficult sector. My professional journey is dedicated to help the companies to enhance the relationship with their customers. I believe the experiences I had in managing customers and the huge knowledge of how the largest companies in the Italian market manage their customer services make my profile particularly adapt for the position you are looking for. SCHOOL. So, what about my background… I studied accounting in high school and then I chose to graduate in corporate law (It’s a kind of law course but dedicate to become internal legal advisor) at the University of Milan. Recently, I felt the need to reinforce and update my skills I decided to attend an Executive Master in Management and Digital Innovation Strategy at the Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business. I finished all the modules last December and I’m working on my project work I have to discuss in June. EXPERIENCES. During the university and immediately after I worked in a call center managing inbound and outbound calls and teleselling for companies like Corriere della Sera and "Il sole 24 ore". CITROEN ITALIA. After that I worked as a Complaint Specialist at Citroën Italia, the head quarter here in Milan, where, as part of the customer relations service, I supervised the entire customer litigation area for 4 years. The main tasks were handling the legal complaints and the whole customers' litigations area, providing consulting to the network on dealer, area managers and other departments, and of course, to be in charge of revising company contracts. In the last part of the experience I was in charge to create the internal Legal affair office trying to become more independent from the external cabinet. This experience allowed me to get a lot of knowledge and to have the opportunity to accept the offer from Altroconsumo where I still work today. ALTROCONSUMO. Altroconsumo is the largest consumer organization of the Euroconsumer group, European leader in offering services to consumers. As Coordinator of consulting services, I Had the opportunity to handle with different tasks and projects: First of all I coordinate the personalized consultancy services of the organization. My service is composed by over 100 professionals, including specialized consultants, lawyers, and accountants. Every day the service receives over 1,200 requests by our members and provide advices about consumer rights, telecommunication and energy utilities issues, warranty, unfair commercial practices, e-commerce, condominiums, real estate, all topics strictly related around the concept of improving experience of citizen. So, I am a complaint specialist, and my service guarantees me a great knowledge about the processes companies use to relate with their customers. I have seen the best practices (and the worse too eh) and I have a complete and strategic vision of the market. ADR. I’m also the Head of the ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) service in Italian we call it “Negoziazione Paritetica”, probably you know, the agreements signed as association with the main Italian companies in the telecommunication and energy sectors. I created a team compose by 7 people, a mix of consultants and lawyers, in order to treat more or less 5 thousand requests by years. Of course, I have experience also in conciliaweb and CORECOM but I consider more effective build a serious and effective relationship with company by using “Negoziazione Paritetica” due to the incredible rate of success and customer satisfaction. That means to establish stable and strong relationships with the main Italian companies in order to handle with them the procedure and the training of the consultants. In Altroconsumo I also managed many additional projects, I can divide them in two big categories. Specific services, typically BtoC model in which I was in charge to build them from the beginning, and consumer enforcement campaigns. LAWYERS NETWORK. For instance, I created the first italian lawyers network dedicated to consumer’s needs “Avvocato per Me”, you can find it online, working together with our marketing manager and IT, and I experienced role as project manager and product manager. I’m very proud about that because I followed the entire part of the project, starting with the idea, define all the process, design the software and application and set the advertising campaign. CLASS ACTION. A big challenge for which I feel very proud is the activity concerning class action. During the last 7 years I handle the most important Italian class actions starting from zero. Any background was set, and you know, Class action is not and common lawsuit but is first of all a customer engagement campaign in which you have to handle the project from different point of view, checking the legal basis, of course, but also define a specific call to action, define how to promote and in which channel you have to promote the action, and there is an impressive quantity off administration task to do. During these years we collected something like 300.000 consumer, and we have made more than 40,000 new members thanks to that. So, we generated a positive impact on our revenues. STRENGHT AND WEAKNESS. My main strengths are interpersonal relationships and communication skills. Dynamism, analytic and innovative thinking are also the quality that better describe my profile and my way to approach the role. I have great and consolidated managerial skills and strategic vision I’m also reliable flexible and able to manage pressures. Talking about weakness, of course I need to improve my English level, in order to become more fluent and confident in speech, so I’m attending a business English course and, as I’ve planned last year, have a short but intensive and immersive course abroad, in order to consolidate the progress. I don’t know if it’s a weakness or not but I need to be stimulated if after long time the company doesn’t come to me with something new to develop and to be focus on. The risk is to lose persistence after long time. LEAVE ALTRONSUMO. I've rich a lot of goals, transformed the consulting service and introduced new services, now it’s time to face another challenge. Growing in Altroconsumo now is difficult because the carrier path is quite blocked, so I’m looking for another experience in a role that better fit with my profile.
