Injury Reporting. It doesn’t matter how slight it is, if you feel a pop, a pinch or something out of the ordinary, YOU MUST NOTIFY your supervisor immediately so we can have the nursing team evaluate you. We need to make sure we are not increasing the risk of your injury worsening. If you hit something, get hit by something or something gets in your eye report it immediately. By reporting injuries immediately we can not only provide you adequate medical care to minimize the risk of an injury becoming worse but we can also conduct a thorough investigation into the incident in order to minimize and/or eliminate the risk of anyone else getting hurt. At the end of the day we want you to go home to your families the same way you came to work, safe and healthy.
