Bei ya ukweli is a free consumer information platform across social media platforms, applying crowdsourcing technology. We collect data through team of volunteers. The community of research volunteers spread across the country will help feed the data that our analysts will use to provide consumer data. The responsibilities of a volunteer are carrying out price checks daily in at least three pre-selected retail outlets and submitting it via mobile app/web. The Research Analyst will then validate this data and using our tailored platforms to develop reports for consumers. The analyst will also carry out social listening and act as the community manager, giving feedback to consumers. This is an incredibly cool project, and we are looking for someone ready to get into the soup with this, helping build this amazing consumer platform to achieve its intended objective of being the go-to place for consumers on price and quality matters. We are looking for volunteers to cover pharmacies, vegetable markets like marikiti, and butcheries as well. This is a volunteer project, and a weekly stipend will be paid to cover airtime costs. Volunteers will be given the opportunity to be promoted to analysts positions that will arise.
