Dear Fatma, We are having a lovely time here. We are in a beautiful city in Turkey called Istanbul. The flight from Muscat to Istanbul was long. It took about 4 hours. We arrived Istanbul last Friday. We went directly to the hotel by taxi. We are staying in a great hotel. It has got a big restaurant, a swimming pool and a large shopping centre. You can buy everything you need. My mother enjoyed shopping in it. The weather is usually cool in the summer here. Now, we are sitting in a café near the beach. We are drinking the famous Turkish coffee. We visited Aya Sofya last Sunday. It is a very beautiful mosque in Istanbul. My sister loves taking photos, so she took lots of them there. Every night, we have dinner in restaurants. Turkish food is very delicious. I like it so much. I hope you will visit Turkey next holiday. See you soon, Mariam
