February 7, 2024. part 8. The cop who put me in cuffs asked what do I do with the registration and I was sorta confused with that question. Like, huh ?! I just been breaking into cars to get money. The guy who cuffed me has me stand up again at one point. Lady cop comes back over and talks with me some. I think she asked my age and I told her I was 22. The cop who cuffed me asked if I go to home depot much and mentioned a home depot card I had. He also asked if I know how this looks and mentions there being broken car windows and how I have 2 glass breakers on me and that I have a heavy bike gear that could also be used to break windows. I was just staying quiet for real. He said that if I know anything, it'll make their job easier and then said how they'll get to the bottom of it. He tells me I could sit back down and I so I sat back down on the curb again. The one who cuffed me tried to be all buddy buddy friendly and was asking me questions that I was not answering. He asked why I'm breaking into cars and I just started to look forward and said "I plead the 5th". He mentions tryna talk to me man to man and how he isn't tryna get one over on me. He asked if I get a rush out of doing this and I said that I plead the 5th. He said how he's tryna figure out what's going on. He said that he could help me financially and asked where my parents worked. I said that I plead the 5th. He asked me who I lived with and I said my brother and sister. I only liv with my pops, grandma and 2 out of 3 siblings. He asked me what would my parents think of this and I said something like, they wouldn't like it. He again mentions me getting some rush outta this and how he thinks I'm a good kid who just spiraled outta control. I kept my mouth shut. Like, I wasn't admitting to anything !! I didn't wanna come off as a person who hates cops, because I don't hate cops. I have respect for them. The guy asked and said some more stuff that I wasn't answering or admitting too. I said a few times, that I plead the 5th. The deep voiced cop mentioned never seeing me before and asks me where I'm from. I said New York City and he asked which borough. I just said, one of the Boroughs, as I didn't want him or any of them to know. I also ended up pronouncing my last name to him again too. The lady cop was like, that car you broke into down there, you and that lady have the same birthday. I was like, really ?! I asked how old she was and she was like, much older than you. I was curious to know. I was thinking like, was she in her 40's or something ?! I was smiling some and I found the lady cop to be attractive. Kinda sexy ! The lady cop went back to her car and I asked the cop who cuffed me, if he smokes weed. He said he doesn't and then I asked him if he's ever been to the strip club. He laughs a bit and says no. He gets up to leave at one point and the lady cop came back over. I was smiling some and she fake smiled at me. I also asked her how did she do in high-school. She said not that great and asked what school I went to. I told her I went to Arlington high-school and she told me she went to some catholic school. She asked what size classroom I had and I lied and told her I had 25 to 30 kids on my class. Didn't want her or any cop knowing I was in special edd. She said how that's a lot and then she said that that's average. She asked if I graduated and I said that I did. She asked what did I do after high-school and I told her I have other plans. She was like, such as... Then I told her I plan on going to trade school and the chill cop who cuffed me came back over. I mentioned being an electrician, just to throw them off. I actually wanted to do welding. The guy said, electrician, that's nice.
