One of the main factors of Tengizchevroil's successful operation is to ensure continuous operation and control the issue of employee safety. In order to maintain this task, scheduled preventive maintenance and, especially, equipment operability checks are carried out. One of the main groups involved in these works is the Instrumentation and controlling group. The team whose responsibilities include Maintenance & equipment testing. The specifics of their process was that when performing these works, checklists are filled in manually. They had to be found, printed, filled out, signed, scanned and uploaded to the work order in the system. A lot of time was wasted on all this and the process required optimization. Starting from this moment, the Mobile inspection tool project appears. The application developed by Chevron is capable of conducting mobile inspections of equipment. The application can be both web and mobile versions, which allows to inspect the equipment on the Field, even without an Internet connection. Let's try create inspections. In this tab, we can create an inspection and fill in all the necessary information such as Work order, Area, Equipment code and others. We have created an inspection and by opening it we can additionally assign to the right person. Next, a TCO employee opens the mobile version on a tablet, fills the inspection data. After returning to the office, synchronization takes place and the inspection is sent to Approve. After testing by the I&C Group, it was concluded that this application is able to solve the issue of the business. Any application requires high-quality data. Information on the equipment and its properties is needed for this project. For example, for valves, this is the closing time. Here, the team faced an ambitious task to complete such request as what data to take, where to take it, and how technically to transfer it to the MI Tool database. Over the past quater, we have gone through the period from the idea of the project to the creation of the initial database with FGP equipment. After the successful implementation of this tool, we will receive such benefits as: Automate the preventive maintenance test results documenting process, Reduce the time for the process and Reducing the cost of the process. It is an important fact that during the analysis of the business process, it was found out that there are additional divisions in the TCO company, such as EX Group and QM Group, which confirmed the possibility of automating their process using this tool. This fact indicates the potential for future expansion of the project and we will start working with their process after the successful acquisition of MI Tool for the I&C group.
