It’s been 11 amazing years since Royal Automobile started its journey in the district called Nadia in the state of West Bengal. Our district is famous for its Vedic Hindu Temple ISKCON. At that time Royal Automobile was the only RE dealership in the district. Our first main store opened in May 2013 with a 3 bay Service center. To reach out to customers in different parts of the district we used to do camping activities and also we took the help of newspaper advertisements, when our monthly sales were around 30-40, and our monthly service reporting was around 250 vehicles. In the year 2014 besides the sales, we started arranging Rides with our customers and we went for an overnight ride to Digha Sea Beach which is almost 300 km away. We have organized a RE-fresh campaign throughout our district as directed by the company. In the Year 2015, we implemented the BRI norms as per RE guidelines at Krishnagar, and we received our Showroom and workshop with a new look. To accommodate the increasing number of customers for service, In the Year 2016 we started our new workshop with 8 ramp capacity. Our sales and service started increasing in the years 2017 and 2018. In the year 2019 we opened our first Studio in Debagram and we celebrated our inauguration anniversary and honoured the family of martyr Sudip Biswas who was killed in the Pulwama attack. In June 2020, we opened our 2nd studio in Karimpore. In June 2023, we opened our 3rd studio at Krishnagar, beside National Highway 34. Now the overall sales including the studios of Royal Automobile reached 170+ and the Service reporting reached 1200 + job cards.    Achievement: In November 2021, we achieved the top Studio performance award in the WM meet of E3 region. Some Recognition touches your heart and soul especially when it happens multiple times in a single ceremony ....Yes, it has happened with us-- The Royal Automobile Family has been recognized as the winner in two different categories by the Royal Enfield HO team @ Rider Mania, 2022 in Goa. In November 2023, we got the highest performance award on the Apparel business by Royal Enfield team. In the year 2023- 2024, we got two consecutive quarter Enabler Redemption awards in the WM meet of E3 region. Social Activities Every year we celebrate our inauguration anniversary, organized a blood donation camp, and distributed study materials to needy students and celebrated our inauguration anniversary day with almost 170 orphan girl children, we organize a cultural event with them and distributed cloths and foods among them. We have also started in-house canteen facilities for our employees. Green Energy: Keeping in mind environmental sustainability, we have installed a 15 kW solar system at our Main workshop to save electricity bills.
