In June 1996, terrible finds were discovered in the Aba River in Novokuznetsk. Parts of children's bodies and skulls were taken out of the water. Two days later, several more fragments of bodies were found near this place. The city had never known such a terrible crime. Based on the remains, forensic experts determined that six girls and three boys, ranging in age from 9 to 14 years, were killed.
