You must have seen many zombie movies or series. In these movies its humans who turn out into Zombie due to virus or whatever reasons. And do you know in real world they do exist. Yes, luckily not in human form but in fungus. Zombie-ant fungus, also known as Ophiocordyceps, is a parasitic fungus that infects ants and manipulates their behavior. It does so to ensure its own reproduction and survival. When a spore of the zombie-ant fungus comes into contact with an ant, it attaches itself and begins to grow inside the ant. The fungus takes control of the ant's central nervous system and releases chemicals that affect the ant's behavior, causing it to leave its colony and climb vegetation. Typically positioning itself in a location that's optimal for fungal spore dispersal. Now the fungus forces the ant to bite down on a leaf or twig and then kills the ant. The fungus continues to grow and eventually bursts out of the ant's body, releasing spores into the environment. So Guys That's one minute unmissable wonder.
