Hello, good afternoon everyone. My name is Jhonatan and now I'm going to briefly introduce myself. I'm a 24-year-old man, I've been working at Itaú Bank since March 2021 when I joined as a intern. I'm currently working as a junior analyst in the customer service community and I'm in my final year of a bachelor's degree in information systems at the university of são paulo. A few quick facts about me: - i played basketball throughout my childhood and teenage years, playing mainly for the Santo André team and a couple months at the Paulistano Atlhetic club in the Paulista Federation of Basketball. - My first job was as a waiter, where I didn't just wait tables and take orders, I also helped with general cleaning, cooking, managing stock and organizing deliveries when necessary. - I recently started liking jumping in parachutes - before the covid-19 pandemic, I had already isolated myself at home a year earlier to study for the usp entrance exam, the fuvest, after saving enough money to spend a year just studying for it. so it was practically 3 years that I spent without leaving my house. Now telling you about my career at itaú Unibanco, I joined at the beginning of 2021 as a intern in the same area as I am now, I was hired in October 2021 as a junior analyst and I am still in the same position, although I have already received the opportunity to be promoted to the position of full, but I refused because I did not want to reduce my opportunities to migrate to a career in technology within the bank, which is what I have wanted for a long time. Talking about my work. Here in my squad, we're a team that meets the need to carry out digital communications with our clients in various other areas of the bank. During my time here, I've worked on projects involving pix, open finance, impacting millions of clients on a daily basis. As well as working on a project to improve cost efficiency on the cards platform, where we migrated dozens of communications that only sent SMS to customers and started triggering them via app notifications. I'm currently the most experienced analyst on our platform, since most of my team joined the bank in 2022 and we've been welcoming several new people in recent months. So my work today is very focused on disseminating knowledge, helping my peers with their deployments, solving problems/incidents with the help of splunk logs and also analyzing hadoop logs while still performing my deployments. I've been feeling the need to pursue new challenges and learn new things. Since my initial days at the bank, I've wanted to be part of it's technology growth, helping the bank in its journey towards becoming an even more fulfilling institution for our valued customers, all the while developing my own habilities.
