Hello Everyone We are the Code connect marketplace & Billing platform team. We are happy to introduced the newly developed API Utilization dashboard. This is a self-service capability aimed at improving our internal customer experience and will help our internal functional and technical teams gain insight into API usage and help developers to troubleshoot API issues. So, first thing that comes in our mind that - WHY we need API Usage Billing Dashboard: Before answering this question, I want to put some light on some points. As we know FIS LOBs use Splunk or other sources for pulling any kind of metrics or troubleshooting. So, for a non-technical person it is very difficult to pull metrics from Splunk and other resources. There are long going emails and no self-service. Also sometimes long running Splunk queries leads to Splunk team escalations and timeouts. So, keeping all these things in mind we have created a solution for these problems that is API Usage dashboard which will make these processes less hectic.
