"Hey there, ever wondered how you can let someone peek into your school records? Here's how you can do it: First up, sign into Liberty Link using your HCCC magic keys (aka credentials). Check out the top right corner of your screen - see your username there? Go ahead and scroll down until you spot an option that says, 'Student Records Release'. Give it a click! Now, you'll see a blue button that says 'Add Person/Relationship'. Tap on that next. Here's the tricky part: You'll need to key in the person's full name, what they mean to you (their relationship to you), and a secret code (PIN). This secret code is what they'll use to get access to your records. Also, don't forget to specify the time frame – how long they can have this special access to your information. You're in control here: you can handpick what info they get to see. Fancy giving them the whole enchilada? Just tick 'allow complete access'. Remember, only you, the student, are allowed to modify the account. So, even though you're opening the door, it doesn't mean they can start moving the furniture around. Once you're all done, agree to the disclosure thingy and hit 'submit'. Voila! Now you can see a record of who's been given the VIP access in the past and who can currently have a look-see at your account info. Wanna tweak someone's access? Click on the pencil icon. If you'd rather remove them completely, hit the minus button next to the pencil. There's also an option to slam the door shut on everyone by ticking 'Deny access to all'. Thanks for sticking with me! If you need more help or have questions, just shoot an email to the Registrar’s office at [email protected]."
