My name is Alexis Velando and I lead the FA Digital LAB whose objective is the technological transformation on the service lines of FA, making digital products and using agile methods. I believe that in about 2 years we did some really important stuff: We influenced on the methodology's and digital transformation like Vivi (Virtual Intelligence Verity Information) . This is an example of the real transformation, because we are not only talking about a simple chatbot, but an assistant on actions inside the company, connected to all your transactional systems. Now we are in our third year of existence and can already see some improvement on operational efficiency. This year is decisive, as we will actually operate with softwares we developed. Many of our solutions are scaling the Brazil firm. Today, the FA Digital LAB represents 50% of all digital assets that are being developed in Deloitte Brasil. Our organizational model is based on dedicated cells for each line of service, allowing a bigger understanding of where we are inserted. With this, we can know better the individual needs of each business. The cells today are: Capital project, Transaction Services, Forensic, Turnaround & restructuring, Valuation & modeling, Quality Risk management, Talent It's also important to say that we have our own environment to develop our solutions and to go on production. Other important information is: There are over 20 virtual servers and we work with more than 15 different technologies. I believe that's what I had to say. Thanks for the opportunity. My name is Alexis Velando von Sommerfeld, just turned 51 years old last March, and I have 29 years of professional experience. I've been here at Deloitte since 2017 and in the last 5 years very important things happened in my professional development. I had the opportunity to structure the analytics lab, structure the Agile Advisory service line, business Agility as we call it now, both on consultancy. In twenty twenty one, I had the opportunity to structure and operate the FA Digital LAB and thanks to its success, I was invited to lead the tech crew. As a matter of curiosity, I started my professional career in nineteen ninety four on LNCC, where I worked for 4 years, was a businessman, had a startup, worked for 10 years on Instituto Tecgraf in PUC–RIO, in addition to working in several consultancies. When I was younger, I was the continental bicycle cross champion, third place on the Pan American, national champion in my category and was among the 40 best in the world. By the Business Chemistry analysis, I have a pioneer profile and as for results, last year I achieved my goals, and I believe that this year is also possible. Well, that's it. I've been married for 39 years, have 2 sons, 20 and 15, and that's what I have to say. An important characteristic about me is that I'm extremely purpose driven. Anyone who knows me, knows that. My purpose today, as a partner, is to keep creating ways to make possible the acceleration of our digital transformation and tech confluence on my Business and among all, the Business now though the crew.
