DOH GAHNYAM II UNITY CUP COMPETITION 2023 BY LAWS GOVERNING THE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT 1- Any player who recieves a red card will be suspended for one (1) match no to be played. 2- Any card taken by any player,coach shall be paid before thier next match. 3- Only five externals players are allowed. 4-Any player that does not feature in the group stage match will not be permitted to feature in the second round and final. 5-Any player who lay his/her hand on the referee or any match official will be banned for not playing the tournament for 2 years with a fine of 15,000frs 6- If the two team jersies are alike, tossing will be done .If the hoste is infavour, the opponent changes. 7- Failure to maintain match starting time, both teams time will be reduce to save others team time. Any team late for fiveteen minutes will pay a fine of 5,000frs .2,500frs goes to the early team. 8- only the team captain is to approach the referee. 9- All teams are suppose to have all their 23 licences .All the licences are supposed to be submitted to the board for proper verification and registration before their first match in the tournament 10-The first coach and second coach must have a batch and without which none of them is recognize by the board. NB a batch is one thousand francs bearing the name of the team and the personality in question .Batches are compulsory. 11- Match protest most reach the executive board within a period of 30 minutes after the end of the match sign by any representative of the team in question with a token of 2,000frs. The organising committe shall execute their functions on this matter and the comittee will reach the team with their response within 2hours 12- all external players shall submit the photocopy of their identity cards or birth certificates if any, to the executive board. 13- any damage or lost of licences or batch shall be replaced by the team in question no cancellation or false printings on any of these batches shall be permitted .No excuse for any licences forgotten. 14-With any of the two teams present in the field when the are late,eight (8) players are compulsory to start the game. 15-Substitutions shall be 5 players per match 16-failure for a team to part take in a match, all the players shall be suspended for 2years with an amount of 20,000frs per team  17-Third place shall be based on classification 18-Incase of a tie between two opposing teams, the following material shall be measured - Goal aggregate(goals for takes priority over goals against) - The number of cards (red cards and yellow cards shall act as one of the factors to elimate or qualify the team in question). 19-Proper dressing of players having chin guard and boat with host for their security. 20- All teams are compulsory to have first AIDS box 21-Late coming of an official is a 2,000frs fine 22-Absentism 2days suspension with a fine of 5,000frs with the match official and the executive board. referee of the match shall be known 1hour before the start of a match 23- A team without a ball has a fine of 1500frs to be paid before the match an the board shall offer them a ball
