Opening Introduction: Good evening to all BWC members. I want to thank Bev Hammond, Dr, Joe Webb and all of you for the invitation to re-introduce our company Hubb Ventures, Inc. My name is Borys Rafalowicz, I am the founder, Chairman and CEO of Hubb Ventures. Joining me is our Chief Financial Officer and close friend Mr. David Langle. He will be speaking afterwards. Company As you are aware our company is a public company listed on the Over the Market (OTC) exchange as a current Pink company under the symbol HUBV. On the website www.otcmarkets.com you can find all information, price quotes, filings, news releases and financial statements on our Company. Ou last reported filing was for the quarter ended March 31, 2023, and presently we are working on the filing for the 2nd quarter ended June 30, 2023. Many of you are investors in our company to which we appreciate having you as shareholders and desire to keep you on while we go through some major changes to make your investment profitable which will be explained further. Current Events During the last two years as Chairman and major shareholder I threw OUR trust into two individuals to manage and grow our company. One individual was our President and software leader and the other was the CFO. Needless to say, the two while finally showing some growth during 2022, colluded to conspire to damage the public necessities of the Company and attempted to take over the Company. I realized these events during the 1st quarter this year and along with the Board’s complete support returned as CEO and immediately removed these two individuals and initiated a restructuring and reorganization of the Company to which I hold dear to my heart and family wealth. The first order of business was to convince my friend and former CFO Mr. David Langle to come out of retirement to assist me in the reorganization of the Company. He returned as our CFO and immediately addressed our public reporting requirements to place the Company back to current reporting status. Next, we engaged an hired a new President with high level technology and marketing experience from Silicon Vally to re-evaluate our software platforms and technology to open up new markets. There are still many steps for us to undertake during our reorganization process, including capital raises to support our planned growth, and trust you provide us with further patience to make your investment in us worthwhile and profitable.
