After engaging in a productive discussion with my team, we addressed a critical issue surrounding the integration of third-party services with ZULU, which has posed significant challenges in terms of customer experience and revenue impact. I am thrilled to announce that our exceptional team at Hack Hive has developed an innovative solution and proof-of-concept that not only resolves the problem at hand but also introduces potential features to amplify our growth strategy and acquisition efforts. To tackle this challenge head-on, we have created a Windows application that encompasses essential metadata pertaining to our partners and their exclusive offers. During the pre-installation process, the app seamlessly establishes an entry in the Windows Registry and is configured to launch automatically at startup. Now, let's run through a customer use case. Imagine a customer who purchases a brand new HP laptop and notices the presence of an Adobe App on their startup screen. When the customer clicks on the app, they are seamlessly redirected to the Adobe complimentary Portal, a customized platform tailored specifically for this event. Through the portal, customers can explore the available offers and select the ones that interest them and navigate Adobe SUSI Page. After signing up for a new account, the customer will be directed to a redeem page. By clicking the "redeem" button, the customer will be granted access to the product effectively. Meanwhile, the Adobe Complimentary Portal displays the current status of offers that have been availed on the plans page.
