This is the National Grid Toyota Hilux Extra Cab Specification S15096 National Grid Substation. This vehicle is fitted with Pick Up Systems drop on top with rear, nearside and offside roller shutter doors with roof vent. Each wheel is fitted with wheel sentry’s and the vehicle is fitted with external strobe lights to sides front and rear of the vehicle. From the rear of the vehicle there is slide out drawer fitted to the nearside which pulls out to the rear with an offside sliding pull out floor to the offside which pulls out to the rear which includes 6 lashings fitted to the sliding floor. Looking in through the nearside roller shutter is access to a compartment of 3 drawers with shelf to offside with plastic containers. The eyewash is mounted with strap to the offside of the drawer unit. Looking in through the offside roller shutter you can see 2 triple coat hooks and fuse box location. The rear load area is fitted with interior lights. To the bulkhead you will see the do not modify, gross vehicle weight and weight label. The vehicle is fitted with a rear towbar ball & pin. In the cab area the first aid kit is located in the glove box with label to indicate. There is a cab light fitted. The document pouch is located to the passenger headrest with driver’s pack, towing plates, drivers pack, double socket adapter and towing adapter. The green National Grid log book and National Grid incident card can be found in the cab. The vehicle will have a no smoking label in the top nearside corner of the front window screen, cyclist label drivers’ side and 70mph speed limiter, know your speeds and height label to driver’s sun visor. The manufacturers booklet and information you will find in the glove box. The switches for exterior lights and cab lights are located on a panel in the front centre of the interior roof in the cab.
