Client is now successfully added. Now let us create a Job. For creating a Job , select job from menu . Click + icon. Select the Job type and template to proceed further. You will now be redirected to creating job screen . There you need to select the client type , client name and enter the job name and description (optional). you will now have to add the members involved in this job. There is also an option of adding teams to the job. once u select the member or team , u need to press the + icon to add them to the job. Once you add the member, his or her name would be reflected in the above table for reference only after which we can save the details. Once the details are saved, you will be redirected to the Job page. You will then have select the job created to get redirected to the panel viewing page. this is where you would be adding and viewing the panels. To add a panel , you need to click on the folder icon in the right corner. In the new panel pop up screen, you will have to add the panel name and description if any and save . Now you have successfully created a panel. Click on add task. You will be asked to enter the task name only after which the task can be created . Once you enter the task name, there will be a task pop up screen. You will have to select the member to whom the tasks has to be assigned and the member who is going to approve the task progress . There are two types of approval. one is hierarchical and the other is parallel. in hierarchical , the approval is made step by step where as in parallel there is no particular flow. This is the basic task creation . There are other details like work flow where you can select if the task would be sent for approval automatically or manually. Then there is deadline for task completion, priority of the task , progress of the task. Then you have options for adding documents, links , viewing activity history by selecting show details. You can also give in your instructions either in text format or in audio format and submit. Then there is feature called check list, where you can add sub tasks and check as and when it is getting completed. Please be noted that the progress of check list should be completed before aiming to complete the task. Only after the checklist progress in 100 %, you would be able to complete the task and submit for approval After submitting for approval, you can view the status of approval in the approval history from the task. Now we shall see how to approve the task. Log in with the approver credentials. You will now be signed in. Please be noted that any user who is logging in for first time would be asked to changed his or her password for security purpose. Once you password is changed, you would be asked to sign in again with the new password. After signing in, you can view the pending tasks for approval in your dashboard. Select the task that needs to be approved. There will be a pop up screen . You will have option to enter your comments if any and approve or reject.
