Business users found Job allocation through the old ProAPW (Applet based) not efficient and time-consuming activity​ More paper usage.​ Using excel for calculating KPIs manually. ​ Applet not supported with Chrome browser​. Application Features of Wabe: Increasing efficiency and performance of the workstation. Balancing activities between workstations. Minimize time to optimize the process in manufacturing. ----------------------- In Wab we use latest tools to develope our application. lets now see the process flow of application...First Gos creation, Draft gos, feasibility check, Officialized Gos, Gos associate with site, Translate Gos, Appropriated Gos. Sos Creation, Time Analysis for mainstep, Validation, Sos training and finally detailed job allocation for real worker. proposal: Modernization involved huge data transfer from pro-APW to Wab. At first it took Two to three rollout per week. In which manual data migration from pro-APW to Wab took around eigth to twelve hours for a single rollout. Also it was a painfull process. solution: Read Sql Requests,Executed them and generated CSV Files. Moved all CSV files to Wab GCS bucket. launched a Rest Call Which reads each CSV file and loads in Wab database. Business value: Time taken for data migration reduced from eight hours to thirty minutes. Migration successfully completed for 36 plants since may 2021. Resource dependency to plant rollouts is avoided.
