Students will be split into two teams. Bring chairs for every student towards the front of the class, facing the board. Take two empty chairs, one for each team, and turn them away from the board. (These are the hot seats). One person from each group will volunteer to sit on one of these hot seats. The game host will move on to the next slide which contains the keywords for our test, without the definitions. Those who are not sitting in the hot seat will try their best to help the student in the hot seat guess the vocabulary word or phrase, using definitions, synonyms, antonyms, and actions. The first hot seat student to guess the vocab word or phrase wins a point for their team. When moving on to another round, a new member of the team will sit on the hot seat and the word/phrase will be changed.
