You follow her to another area of the garden and find yourself standing next to a tall marble fountain. Queen Red walks down the steps and kneels before it, placing her hands upon the smooth surface. She whispers a few words and then reaches into the fountain, drawing forth a shining locket. Then she turns and gives it to you. You open the box and find a single rose inside, glistening like the sun itself. Its petals are as vibrant and flawless as the morning dew. Holding it up to your nose, you breathe in its fragrance. It is strong and sweet, like honey and sugar mixed together. You close your eyes briefly and inhale deeply, letting the bouquet of scent flow into your brain. You feel yourself relax. "It is perfect isn't it?" Queen Red asks. "Perfect," you reply. "The whole garden is perfect." "Thank you," she says. "This is yours now. To keep forever." "Thank you," you say again. You stand up and hold the locket tightly in your hand. You ask final question. You ask the final question. "What is the meaning of my existence?" "Many people wonder this," she says, smiling. "They ask themselves why they are here, what their purpose is in life." "Yes," you say. "I am one of these people."
