Breaking news: After years of warning from climate change specialists, the sun has officially died. This is a major issue not just for everyday life but it is also causing many negative health impacts. It has now been six months since the sun died and today it has been officially declared by the President that there is a pandemic of vitamin D deficiency. Hospitals are packed with patients that are suffering the effects from vitamin D deficiency. In an interview with Doctor Jane Doe, she declared that there has been a significant increase in patients with rickets and Osteomalacia. Rickets is a condition seen in young children creating their bones to become fragile from a failure of the bone tissue to harden. Osteomalacia is found in adults causing them to have weakened bones. Both of these major conditions are caused by vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin nicknamed as the sunshine vitamin. that helps to maintain and absorb proper levels of calcium and phosphorus in the blood. Vitamin D also supports immune health, brain cell activity and muscle function.
