Header and footer: How to prepare a header and footer for all excel sheet prints: • Open the home menu. • Click on settings. • Click on header and footer. • Then click on header, and write the header which you like to appear on all your prints, it is better to use 3 lines as header. • Click on save, the header will be saved. • Click on footer, and write the footer which you like to appear under your prints. • Click on save, the footer will be saved. • To see how your header and footer will appear in your prints : • Click on back, and open the menu. • Click on insurance companies, choose “view patients”, and click on export to excel. • An excel sheet will be opened, and by checking the print preview, you will see the header and footer at the top and bottom of the print.
