Insurance companies:  Here you can add the name of the insurance company, and save it.  A list of the insurance companies will appear.  Inside the patient’s record, you can choose the insurance company name, from the drop list, and add the patient’s insurance card number.  In the insurance companies page, You can choose (view patients) in front of insurance company name, to see a list of all patients of that company, and you can choose a specific period of time to view the patients in that period of time, and then press on export to make an excel sheet.  Note: if the patient has more than one visit in that month, that will appear in the exported sheet automatically.  Note: Your header and footer will appear only in the print page.
