Why do you want to work for us?..... Because Merlin is about making people's days better and helping them enjoy themselves and I would like to be part of that..... How do you work as part of a team?.... In my customer service role, we work in a team all the time, as well as when I was in University we would work on projects as a group often. So I believe I am used to working with all types of personalities. I think it is important to be transparent and keep everyone updated on relevant information as well as treat everyone with respect even if you disagree on certain things.
