If we want to get rid of something then we have to firstly know it. So let's firstly understand what stress is and why we remain in stress most of the time. What you call stress can also be called pressure, isn't it ? Now the question is pressure of what ? Pressure of - all kinds of expectations , it can be anyone's expectations.. it can be your spouse, parents, friends, society, boss or even your own self expectations pressure. One can be stuck in traffic and that can cause stress. One can have an argument with family or friends and that can be a stressful situation. So how to get rid of it? To understand it we have to experience and learn how it comes, we saw that what is stress now let's understand its reasons. How does stress come? If we observe stress is simply our thoughts towards any particular situation or person. If we understand that by continuously thinking about same thought , situation can't change . Moreover, try to think that when last time you stuck in any pressure stressful situation like this and you did or didn't able to correct that problem; what happened after few days or months after it. How much dramatic change it did in the past with you. You will see almost every time we are stuck in a situation like that , it didn't do much damage and life went and passed simply . And now you even forgets about that and even you could feel how stupidly i was stressful in that , although there wasn't any need of it. So next time, whenever you are in anxiety or stressed think it will pass too and it's just your thoughts which are making these conditions worse.
