The Secretary account: Open the settings, and click on secretary account: • The secretary page will be opened. • choose “add secretary”, use the secretary mobile number as the user name. • Add a password. • The user name and password of the secretary account are changeable easily when you press on the secretary mobile number, in the secretary page. • Notice: for privacy purposes the secretary account is with limited authorization: the secretary can open a new patient record, fill the personal information of the patient and search for the patient’s file number only. The secretary cant open the record again.
