Insurance companies:  Here you can add the name of the insurance company, and it will appear in the drop list inside the patient’s record and in the monthly statement print.  Inside the patient’s record, you can choose the insurance company name, and add the patient’s insurance card number. It is important to add the procedure name and the doctor fees in the patient profile. All these will appear in the statement print.  You can choose (view patients) in front of insurance company name, to see a list of all patients of that company, and you can choose a specific period of time to view the patients in that period of time, and then press on export to make an excel sheet.  Note: if the patient has more than one visit in that month, that will appear in the exported sheet automatically.  Note: Your header and footer will appear only in the print page.
