Combination with five-year plan, we implemented and realized the: centralized and intelligent kitting center In the process, we use digital information flow, automated material flow, real-time data visualization and monitoring, through information connectivity, upgrade Pick by Light, introduce Put to Light, TMS & Fleet system dispatch 6 AGVs with loading 69 AGV trollies, transferring among 23 workstations, 37 POU bins, 21 staging bins. In implementation process, information connectivity plays an important role. Interact with SAP, MES, Pick by Light, Put to Light, AGV TMS & Fleet system, all these achieve high efficiency and improve productivity. The customized TMS and Fleet system can realize first-in-first-out, automatic scheduling task priority, different logic by different stations, collaboration in multiple AGVs, trollies, stations and bins, full and empty trollies transferring between kitting center and production line. Real-time visualized monitoring dashboard Staging and POU bin dashboard, employees can quickly identify trollies’ location and task status. AGV real-time monitoring dashboard helps us monitor AGV status and continuous improvement. Through innovation helps operation excellence, since they were put into use, we achieved more safety work environment, and long-term sustainable and scalability; In terms of quality, 0 MPU, 100% accuracy of picking and distribution, and improve the stability of whole process; From warehouse operation, the picking & delivery efficiency increased 50%; Meanwhile, there’s also labor and forklift saving; Total achieve OPACC $588K in 10 years.
