The Secretary account: Open the settings, and click on secretary account  The secretary page will be opened, choose “add secretary”, use another mobile number as the user name and choose a password. The user name and password are changeable easily when you press on the secretary mobile number, in the secretary page.  Notice: for privacy purposes the secretary account is with limited authorization: the secretary can open a new patient record, fill the personal information of the patient and search for the patient’s file number only. The secretary cant open the record again.
