Good Morning, You have just awakened, and are about to start your day. Soon after opening your eyes, you realize that you may need a little inspiration to get you out of the bed. This feeling is perfectly normal since, we spend the entirety of our days devoting our lives to other people. We rush about, bustling from here, and there, too busy to stop and enjoy our lives. In order to protect our mental ability to deal with this fast pace, it is important to slow down and take moment for yourself each morning. Take a moment to relax before we allow the anxieties of our daily lives take over. Let us take a moment to complete a few deep breaths to relax and ground our-selves. Breathe in, and out. Relax. Do not rush it, just revel in that feeling of your lung muscles expanding, and constricting. Imagine that you are in an empty field, the sun is warm and inviting. the wind is softly blowing on your face. Time seems to melt away in this field. and in this moment it seems that only you and the summer breeze exist. Breathe and relax your mind and body. Mentally loosen up any tense muscles or knots that may have developed while we were sleeping. Feel your body further loosen up as you breathe. Now that we are more relaxed, it is a great time to re-hydrate ourselves. Our bodies have been thirsty for hours and hours, due to our recent slumber. So go ahead and reward yourself to water, tea, or coffee. You deserve to take this time to revitalize your body, and mind. Remember to keep breathing as you prepare your drink. Stay present and focused on your task, do not allow your mind to wander back to sleep. There is no rush right now. Your main goal is to relax and focus on your body and state of mind. You may also meditate or stretch your body at this time. You deserve this time to focus on yourself. You are worthy of taking some time today to just enjoy being alive. What are you thankful for? What would you like to accomplish today? What did you learn about yourself yesterday that you want to remember today? These questions are a wonderful foundation to a mindful day. You are an amazing person that deserves to live a focused and productive day. You deserve to accomplish your goals. You deserve to become the successful person you are meant to be. You are loved, you are secure, and you are ready. Have a great day!
