Even when you know your life purpose, achieving it can feel too hard.  You find yourself getting stuck, constantly feeling like you’re on life’s sidelines.  You want to change your life, but you don’t know how.  A couple of years ago, I tried everything to lead a happy life, but nothing helped me with anxiety or depression, and my stress levels were at an all-time high. I was depressed and believed that nothing would ever change. What must you do first, then? Finding Your Life's Purpose: Why You Should Life is a journey, and it’s not always easy to know where you’re going.  You might feel lost and not know what you should be doing with your time.  We all have a life purpose. It could be anything – to become the best person we can be, to make the world a better place, or to help others.  These steps are meant for people who are trying to figure out what their life purpose is and what they should do with it.  Finding your life purpose is important because it can help you achieve happiness, fulfillment, and success in life.  It’s also important because it can help you make the right decisions in life. Here are 4 quick actions to help you discover your life's purpose right now! 1. Recognize and comprehend your values. Do you regard having alone time as important? Do you find time in nature to be important? Do you find saving money to be important? Where are your principles and boundaries? For instance, if you value your personal time, you can choose to work fewer hours at a less flexible position. If spending time in nature is important to you, you might choose biking or hiking for fitness over going to the gym. Performing this has no right or wrong manner. Your values are the things you consider important. For instance, if you place a high value on health, you might decide to exercise and eat sensibly. If you care about protecting the environment, you might recycle more frequently or drive a car that uses less gasoline than most people. 2. List the values that you hold most dear. List all the things you hold most dear. I place a high value on good nutrition, exercise, and health. I appreciate having an option. For example: family, friends, performing well at work, gaining new knowledge, being kind, being in nature, exercising, being healthy, being wealthy, and having freedom are all examples of being successful. 3. List the values you find least important. These are the principles by which you would like your life to be led; you do not want it to vary significantly from these principles in any way. For instance: Materialism, violence, greed, control, and ignorance 4. Recognize Your Personality Finding your life's purpose has enormous power. What we do with the time that life affords us serves as our life's purpose. Our life purpose is defined by the way that we choose to spend our lives and give to others.
