As emphasized by our honorable prime minister Shiekh Hasina, where she mentioned Bangladesh aim to have more than 120 million young and active workforces by 2031 all around the world and government is determined to facilitate this cause. It is very important for us to build and maintain sustainable vocational education, training and certification institutions and programs which will help us to achieve our goal as mentioned by our honorable prime minister. Furthermore, we must aim to nourish our youth as early as possible in all parts of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) to achieve our goals, as mentioned by our honorable Prime Minister. Moreover, honorable prime minister mentioned our aim and goal for national and international job market and the importance of not only academics but also vocational training, education and certifications which will make us unique in both global and national job market. Vocational education, training, and certifications are increasingly having pervasive role and presence in the educational milieu as it continues to shape all aspects of our lives. Professional teachers, trainers, and technologies are widely believed to be the keys of any educational progress in modern world. According to Benjamin Franklin “An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.” There is no alternate of knowledge, training, education, and skilled workers in this agile or fast-moving world. Thus, it is imperative for a nation to invest on educated workforce which will not only build an educated nation but also innovate new ideas and create incredible opportunities which will have positive impacts on our country’s workforce, foreign remittance, and economic development. Accordingly, ProICT LLC adopted several vocational education programs, training courses and certificates which proven to be high in demand worldwide to grow one’s career and nation’s economy.
