Current tools community management tools are basic and limited to discussion and social media features of sharing information. Our platform empowers communities to harness their collective resources by providing a centralized platform for knowledge, tools and experts needed to manage successful cooperatives. The Leveraging digital twin technology to boost efficiency bridging the gap between skill purchasing, gainful employment and compensation. Cooperatives represent a strong, vibrant, and viable economic alternative. Cooperatives are proven to be resilient business models fostering high levels of innovation and creating stable jobs. The Shomrey Hashalom Co-operative was founded in 2008, as a response to the many financial challenges our community faced, limited employment opportunities, learning barriers, and low financial literacy. Survival led us to each other, as we developed a system of sharing and circular economy practices. Built on the idea of People-to-people economy. Put in what you can, take what you need. Kehilla recognizes this immense potential of a circular economy and is a tool of collaborative innovation enabling communities, entrepreneurs, and job seekers to become a part of an entrepreneurial ecosystem allowing the development of circular economy and uplifting people through attainment of gainful skills and knowledge. With the impetus towards sustainable development and circular economies, it is high time to benefit from this momentum by engaging communities and encouraging the creation of a sustainable circular economy. So far, we’ve established an entrepreneurial co-operative of 150 enterprises that create 1,000 employment opportunities. We’ve researched, surveyed, and absorbed cottage enterprises and their requirements for growth, Lastly, we built and currently testing our value innovation prototype. To train and employ at least 1 million people by the year 2027 by bridging the gap between skills purchasing and gainful employment, ambitioned to bring about a paradigm shift from linear to circular economy. The grant would enable us to expand the platform and realize its ambitious objectives in fast paced manner, spearheading the development of circular economy in the region.
