Medical Record System: M R S: How to use this application. DOWNLOAD the application from Microsoft store and open it, and press on: SIGN UP : • In the sign up page : • Write your name as you like it to appear at home page and print previews. • The email is necessary for your registration and more. • Write your specialty. • Choose your country code and enter your mobile number without the zero. Remember, your mobile number without zero is your user name. • Enter your city and then the address of your clinic. • Choose the password and complete your signup. • Remember: the password is changeable easily in your profile at home page. Log in: • Choose your country code and enter your user name. • Enter your password. Then press ENTER. The home page will open, and you will see your name, specialty, the version of the application you are using, and some advertising materials. THE HOME PAGE MENU: • Open the menu, you will see the list of features of the application: Home. Patients records. Insurance companies. Back up. Secretary. My profile. Contact us & suggestions. Log out. PATIENTS RECORDS: • Press on “patients records”. • You can add a new record, the file number appears automatically and it is changeable. • You or your secretary can add the patient’s details and then save the record. • Then you open the record again, and add a new visit, the visit field will have the date automatically, the date is changeable too. • When you open the record again, you can add more new visits, (unlimited visits). Insurance companies: Here you can add the name of the insurance company, and it will appear in the drop list inside the patient’s record. You can edit the name of the insurance company any time, and you can print a statement for a certain insurance company in a certain period of time. Inside the patient’s record, you can choose the insurance company name, and add the patient’s insurance card number, and in the visit fields you can add the procedure and fees. These will appear in the view patients of the insurance page, and in the statement print. Backup: When you open the backup page, here you can make backup for all your records in an excel sheet, which you can save it anywhere you like. Notice: the excel backup itself can be used for search and more. The Secretary: Open the secretary page, choose “add secretary”, and choose another mobile number as user name and add a password. the user’s name and password are changeable easily when you press on the secretary mobile number. Notice: the secretary account is with limited authorization: the secretary can open a new patient record, fill the personal information of the patient and search for the patient’s file number only. The secretary can not open the record again. My profile: When you open your profile, you can change all the data, including your password.
