Ensure ultrasonic welder is turned on. Place an assembled wafer fill hole side down on the base for all models / diopters. Depress both finger sensors to activate the machine. Keep hands clear of welder base while wafer is being welded. Remove wafer and place in tray labeled with correct order number after successful weld. Repeat steps 2 through 4 until all wafers are assembled. Transfer batch to an RH-controlled casting WIP wafer storage cabinet designated for the shift during which the batch is to be cast..
