In today’s episode we are talking about The Bantu; an ethnic group of the most curvaceous woman in the World. Abantu is the Zulu word for people. It is the plural of the word 'umuntu', meaning 'person'. The Bantu peoples, or Bantu, are an ethnolinguistic grouping of approximately 400 distinct ethnic groups who speak Bantu languages. They are native to 24 countries spread over a vast area from Central Africa to Southeast Africa, into Southern Africa and America. The larger of the individual Bantu groups have populations of several million spread across Rwanda, Burundi, Zimbabwe, South Africa, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Congo, Mozambique, Malawi, Zambia, Angola, Lesotho, Eswatini, Madagascar, Cameroon, Botswana, Gabon, Central African Republic, Brazil, Comoros, and Equatorial Guinea. Indeed, when many people talk about Brazilian women being curvaceous, it’s the Bantu genes that should be given full credit. Brazil's African population is descended from Bantu people from Angola who were transported there during the slave trade. Curvy shape is nearly a universal feature among the Bantu female, which is why they're the focus of this video. Bantu women's extremely endowed, curvaceous bodies are one of their most defining characteristics. Bantu women are renowned for their sculpted bodies, exquisite curves, and stunning facial structure. Natural selection, according to scientists, is responsible for this evolutionary trait. They have a wide range of features, yet they all share a few traits. They are well-built and have lovely curves. They vary in height, from short to medium. In comparison to their Nilotic cousins, they have a lighter complexion. Because of considerable intermixing with other populations such as the Cushites, Khoisan, and Nilotes, we can't even talk about pure Bantu in many African nations, like Rwanda and Kenya. Are Bantu women the world's curviest? Yes. Curves are their major defining feature. A very good question is why? The physical environment has a major influence on evolution. The Bantu people originated in the Congo's dense jungles and Cameroonian bush dwellers. The Bantu might have evolved to have big hips and butts because of the heat and scarcity of food in this environment. Their bodies needed to store fat for the periods with no food, and the backs and thighs are the ideal location because it doesn't interrupt the woman's center of gravity. Additionally, their high-carbohydrate diet could have had a role. How did they nearly conquer all of Africa? Simple. They created superior iron weaponry, flourished as farmers, and were always on the road, assimilating any populations they came across. The Bantu also, had the benefit the force of mobility that pushed indigenous people from their territory or incorporated them into Bantu culture. The Tutsi and Kikuyu, for instance, are believed to have substantial Nilotic and Cushitic admixture. The Xhosa; a Bantu people of southern Africa, have a substantial Khoisan genetic component. This means that the Bantu have a broad variety of phenotypes, including varied complexions, height, facial features, and other traits. The Swahili people from Kenyan coast are another mixed Bantu population comprised of various Bantu and middle eastern peoples admixture. Nowadays, more than 350 million Africans belong to the Bantu; It is Africa's most populous and largest ethnic group. Although not all Bantu tribes are renowned for their curviness, the following are especially remarkable: The Luhya, Baganda, Kongo, and practically all of the Southern African Nguni tribes fall under this category. The Bantu beauty ideal is something that many women in the Western world aspire towards. Full lips, generous behinds, slender waists, and well-rounded forms. The Bantu expansion spread ironworking technology to eastern and southern Africa from around 500 years before the Christian Era to 400 years common era, as evidenced by the Lake Victoria region's Urewe culture. They were renowned for their blacksmithing skills, which contributed to their quick expansion. The Bantu are responsible for one of the greatest empires in the world. The Great Zimbabwe, an astonishing array of stacked boulders, stone towers, and granite-block defensive walls, is one of the most spectacular structures in Sub-Saharan Africa. Brazil has the world's second-largest black population. It is second only to Nigeria. There are approximately 100 million of them. The majority of these Afro-Brazilians are descended from Angola; a Bantu nation. Bantu people are also known as the founders of the Swahili language. Swahili is the most commonly spoken language in Africa. It's a Bantu tongue. It is estimated that there are between 100 and 150 million speakers. It originated around 500 years ago on the Kenyan coast as a result of interactions between various Bantu tribes and Arab traders. Last but not least, Bantu are Occupiers of the best arable land in Africa. They have distinguished themselves as great in agriculture, owing to their location in high altitude areas of Africa with excellent climates. Their lands are fertile and well-watered. They inhabit the slopes of Africa's tallest mountains, including Kilimanjaro, Mount Kenya, and Mount Meru.
