Hi Kapture Buddies! For today's video, i will be sharing you the first part of my Kumori Food Haul video. Let's start! Here we are at Kumori Japanese Bakery & Cafe franchise kiosk at SM City Dasmariñas. you can check their other locations in their social media accounts that I have indicated here. This bakery offers authentic variety of Japanese breads and pastries. Let's check out their product offerings. Just A quick fact Kumori means Cloudy in japanese. here's their product offerings, dessert cups, tarts, breads, cookies, cakes, and their japanese style mini cheesecakes. More cake flavors. Mini cake cups. japanese Donuts. And a wide variety of breads to choose from. They also have melon pan here. I have purchased 5 food items to try. Food item no. 1, Summer strawberry cake cup. The packaging is so nice. let's check what's inside. Wow! this is so cute and pretty. It has a layers of sponge, strawberry cream and strawberry compote and strawberry whipped cream. I can smell the strawberry scent. Let's taste it. A spoonful clearly shows the layers. This so yummy. the sponge cake is so soft the strawberry cream and whipped cream balances the flavor of the strawberry compote, it is sweet and a liitle sour at the same tie. I love it. Next food item, Krone and Japanese baked donut. Food item no. 2 Puffy-O japanese baked donut in banana walnut variant. the packaging is well sealed for freshness. Let's try it. Upon opening you can smell the banana scent and you can see the pieces of walnut mixed within. this tastes like banana bread with walnut. since it's baked the texture is not your typical fried donut. this is not too sweet and is just right. it's yummy. food item no. 3 Krone. This food item are made to order so you can't see it on display. It's log shaped puffed pastry filled with custard cream inside sprinkled with powdered sugar. this is yummy. the custard filling is eggy and not tooo sweet. compliments the crispy outer shell. this is tasty. last 2 food items. the cheese cup and the mini japanese style cheesecakes. Food item no. 4 Fuwari cheese cup. It looks like cheesecake. Let's try it. Oh! it's a layer of crunchy crumble, sponge cake and cheese souffle. the layers compliments each other. The crumbs gives a nice texture. the cheese souffle is so creamy and decadent. so yummy. and for the 5th and last food item in my haul. the hanjuku cheese. i got the box of 6 in assorted variants. i love the packaging, it's so elegant looking. and made with durable paper material. it can be reused as well. here's what the box contains, 6 pcs mini japanese cheesecakes. let's dig in. 1st variant, new york cheesecake hanjuku. just like a typical new york cheesecake it has biscuit crust at the bottom. it smells like cheesecake. let's take a bite. it's creamy with a right balance of tartness from the creamcheese. the graham crust at the bottom compliments the flavor and balances it. so yummy. Next variant the chocolate hanjuku. the color says it all. it has a chocolate sponge layer at the bottom and chocolate cheesecake. the chocolate cheesecake is slightly bitter i bet they used dark chocolate for this. but it's tasty and tames the tartness of the creamcheese. the next variant the original cheese hanjuku. it has a vanilla sponge cake just like in the cheese cup earlier. this tastes like the new york cheesecake the crust is the only difference. so yummy. and lastly the ubei hanjuku. the vanilla sponge cake is very visible. i can clearly taste the ubei in the cheesecake. It's sweet but not to sweet. this is yummy. overall the food items here is so tasty. I had fun tasting their foods. I like them all. they still have a lot of food items that i haven't tried yet.
