Procrastination is an addiction. It is a poison in your brain that pulls you down. You are putting things off because you are not thinking long term. In the short term it seems nice, comfortable, do not doing anything valuable for you today. You are fooling yourself. A year from now, you wish you had started today. Start doing what you must do now. Procrastination is a waste of time. Stop waiting for something or someone to move you forward. It is your responsibility. We are talking about your life, your present, your future. No excuses. Do not be lazy, take action now. Do not wait tomorrow to start something. Tomorrow you will face new challenges, you can do other activities. Enjoy every second, minute and hour you have. Do not waste your life. Allow you to learn something new today, not tomorrow. The only way out to negative thoughts. It is stop thinking, focus on what you should do. You must work hard, be determined to do something different and move forward. There is always a good reason to do what it takes now. Something valuable to you. When you decide to do something, you set your brain on the frequency you have to be to do this. If you start doing something now, nothing can stop you. Be 100% committed. Start small, planning what you want to do, for a week and then a month, and keep going. Wake up every day, strive to take action ahead. Your brain has already been set up; you have a habit. The road to success is always difficult when you start.
