So far, we have covered curriculum sequencing and apprenticeships. The described practice will be used to sequence all delivery models moving forward. This will include start points, gateways, through to EPA. Together, we will create learning journeys that will recognise individual needs, that strives to challenge the individual, and that prepares the learner for life as a functional member of society. Sequencing curriculum is not for the faint hearted. It is difficult and it will require everyone to work together. In the coming months, There will be expectations placed on all of us to achieve key aspects of the re-sequencing activity within specific timeframes. From the development so far, you will have noticed that there is a very clear structured process to all delivery models that will be offered by NWSLC moving forward. This structure will promote continuity in our delivery and provide our learners with an outstanding journey. There are additional benefits to re-sequencing our curriculum. Once re-sequenced, SMART assessor will contain a range of knowledge and practical activities that can be formatted to AutoMap against set learning outcomes. This will dramatically reduce admin time for all. The next session will cover the use of Smart assessor. The use of Smart assessor will change and reflect the changes in curriculum sequencing. Smart assessor is the chosen tool NWSLC is using to evidence the learning journey and communicate with stakeholders. It is important the smart assessor tells the story of each apprenticeship journey.
