Page 1 Hello, this tutorial covers the Submissions report. This report will show information about modules or courses. Basically, submissions to courses, attendance to those courses, their popularities and other useful information. This report has a filters pane on every page where you can filter the report to see the subgroup you might be interested to see. There are 3 sections in the filters pane. There is filters on all pages and whatever is selected here will apply to all the pages of this report. Filters on this page will only apply to the visuals on the page you have selected the filters on. The third one, filters on this visual, only appear when you choose a particular visual on the page and it applies the filters to only the selected visual. Now to the report. On this side, we have the total figures - total modules, submissions, attended modules and so on This graph shows a bit of summary month on month of the modules and how many we are running, how many submissions we are having and number of attendances. This visual here shows the information in a tabular format by contract and you can click on the plus sign to see figures of the subcategories under each of the contracts. You can also further see the courses as well. On here, you can see the number of participants submitted to each of the courses and how many are attending. This shows individual participants, attendance status and other information relating to the participants & modules. All of these tables can be exported and further analysed however you like. Page 2 This shows a summary on attendance. These are all the attendance status and these show the completed & failed to attend as percentages of all attendance status while this shows each of these status as a percentage of the total completed & FTAs. These bars will show the exact figures of each attendance status. This is showing the attendance status month on month. You can see if there are any trends, if there's a particular month where people failed to attend or attended more. You can also filter the visual by clicking on any of the legends. This shows the attendance status by contracts – the figures & percentages. You can drill down into the contracts and further drill down to particular offices. This part is the same information but split by trainers. If you click on this plus button, you will see the names of each of the trainers. So from here, you can, for example, see trainers with high completion rates and if there’s something they particularly do, that might be shared with the rest of the trainers to increase completion rates. This table shows the number of modules by trainers. It has the names of trainers across the columns and you can see the modules on this side. Page 3 This part of this page shows the overall capacity of the courses and the remaining spaces and this graph shows the submissions & remaining spaces by month on a day by day basis. You can use the filters to see capacities for future courses or even search or select the course to see how many submissions it has had and if there are any remaining spaces. The table below shows the selected data, the date, remaining spaces and capacities. Page 4 This shows the course and provisions popularities. So it is the number of submissions to courses & provisions and the number of barriers as well. This helps to see how we are closing the barriers as we are running courses. On this table, we can see those popular courses that we have and the provisions as well . On the right hand side, is the count of the barriers. So, the idea here is that we can try to see if there's any correlation between the types of barriers we have, the top barriers, and the courses that are running. Page 5 This page shows the number of participants who have been on courses and have gotten placements and the table below gives further information about the placements. Page 6 - Active CL – Subs By contract, this is showing job readiness of participants, submissions & attendance rates to different 1 to 1s and modules. We have the Health & Wellbeing, Employment & Skills Training and Employer Engagement 1 to 1s and modules Page 7 - Active CL – No Subs This shows numbers and details of participants that have not been enrolled on Health & Wellbeing, Employment & Skills Training and Employer Engagement trainings. On this table, there will be a No under Subbed column if these other 3 columns are all No’s. Page 8 - Young People This page shows information on Employment & Skills Training of participants between ages 16 & 24. It shows the submissions, completions count by module and this graph shows attendance by age. With this, one can see the ages that attend modules better or vice versa. That brings us to the end of this tutorial. Thank you.
