Delivery Plan is an agile artifact which helps the project team know basically what and when we are deploying functionality of the project. We planned timeboxes in 2 weeks iterations. And an increment would have 2 timeboxes to develop functionalities of the project before deployment, instead of the last increment which consists of just one timebox as all the leftover functionality of the project would have been ready to deploy at the end of timebox 7. After Defining our PRL and estimating the amount of effort that will be needed for each requirement we planned timeboxes so that we are on time and the effort in each timebox is spent accordingly. In our first increment we planned to develop the functionality with top priority such as functionalities related to the order Processes and product listing. It will take week 1 to week 4 to develop and then the functionalities would be deployed. In the increment 2 we planned to develop functionalities that have top priorities but are related to support processes and are dependent on the functionalities from increment 1 such as payment, inventory etc. This increment would take from week 5 to week 8 and then the functionalities would be deployed. The 3rd increment would consist of the functionalities which are not that high on the priority and are related to general processes such as register and management processes. This would take week 9 to week 12 and then these functionalities are deployed. In the 4th or last increment, we planned to develop the functionalities which are left over as they are dependent on other functionalities deployed previously such as AI bot, social media processes etc. This increment will only consist of timebox 7 and will go from week 13 to week 14 as the effort needed for leftover functionality does not validate having an extra timebox. Then the final deployment is done, and all functionality of the project is now delivered.
