The latest DocuSign status is envelope signed and in the signer’s detailed activities, you’ll see the completed status. The latest status is visible for the second document as well. Next, we’ll send the same template to all recipients and they will sign it one after another. For this, go to the DocuSign template module. Then select the template that you want to send. Here are the template details and just like before, we are going to add recipients. Go to the subpanel, click on select and then choose the recipients for this particular template. Once done, reload the page. All sending options are now visible. We’ll select the edit and send on the fly option. This will open the template in the DocuSign environment. Here, you can choose the recipient and insert the fields for them respectively. For instance, we have inserted the signature and date signed fields. For the second recipient also, we have inserted the signature and date signed fields. Using the send button at the bottom right corner of the screen, we’ll send this envelope to both parties for e-signing. Immediately after you will get the confirmation of the same. In the DocuSign documents subpanel, you can see the template name and recipient’s email addresses. Click on the template name to go to the detail view. Currently, the entire status of the whole envelope is sent. You can also check the individual recipient’s status. In the email inbox of the first recipient, we’ve got the DocuSign template. Open the document and sign it. At the same time, finish the document too. Now, go to the SuiteCRM and reload the template status page. You will see the envelope signed status is updated here for the same recipient. Next, we’ll open the second recipient’s inbox. And this is the DocuSign template. Open the document and sign it. While at it, finish the document too. The whole Envelope status is now changed to completed because both receiving parties have signed the document. In the signer detailed activities subpanel, you can check which recipient performed which activity and at what time. Since the document is completed, that is signed by both parties, you can download and view the completed document by clicking on the eye icon. Just like this, you can see the signed document directly from SuiteCRM. Go to SuiteCRM again and go to the contacts module. Both of our recipients lie in here. If you go to the detail view of a recipient and see the DocuSign Documents subpanel then you’ll find the documents that were sent to this recipient. Both recipients have received an email from DocuSign consisting of a copy of the document. This email confirms that the document is signed by both parties and is now completed. The sender has also received the final email from DocuSign confirming that both recipients have received and signed the document and it is now completed. Our plugin also sends a report to your email. This report comprises all the activities the plugin has done in a day. You can also get an instant report by clicking on the “Send DocuSign Report Now” button in the left centralized menu. After that, you’ll see a successfully sent message. Here, you can see the activities done so far by the DocuSign plugin. You will also receive the report on the email address that you provided during configuration. This is the DocuSign Daily Report email. Here, you can see how many templates are uploaded, and other actions like documents sent, delivered, completed, declined, and voided. In the detailed section, you can also see the name of the document that was sent and who were the recipients too. In addition, you can check what activities each recipient has done in this report.
