Arçelik A.Ş. is one of the biggest companies in Turkey and third largest White Goods manufacturer in Europe. Arcelik wanted to implement PLM to manage their Enterprise data (both Design & Manufacturing). Environment at Arcelik is Teamcenter 11.6 integrated with SAP using T4S, CAD Integrations with NX and ECAD Integrations with Altium Designer. Intelizign did the Requirements gathering with SAP team and stakeholders from different product groups inside the organization, which helped in implementing one of the industry’s best solution for Teamcenter and SAP Integration using T4S. Intelizign did complete end to end solution architecting, Consulting, development, implementation, testing, documentation, training and support. Intelizign implemented the solution for transfer of Material Master, Bill of Material ,Document Info Records, Change Master and Bill of Process Routing. Benefits T4S Gateway Service Batch Job Processing Configuration allowed parallel processing of T4S Jobs, and this enabled quicker transfer of Materials and Bill of Material when bulk jobs were created. The T4S transfers have a higher success rate of 99% as all the pre-requisites for transfer are validated in Change Management Process ahead of time. As only the required data for transfer are exported out of Teamcenter, the time taken to complete the transfer was reduced by 20% Automated script notified users on Transfer failures and helped to understand the issues and suggested corrective actions for issues. This helped to reduce the time taken to resubmit the transfer by 8 hours per failed Job. Migration of 200,000+ Items and 75,000 Manufacturing Bill of Materials completed in a short duration of 36 hours.
