Hi everyone welcome to my youtube channel,in this video we will be talking and covering a lot of things relating to health and how to consume food the right way,but please dont forget to subscribe and comment in this video if you like what you see.Have You ever wonder why after trying so many herbs and food you are not getting any better,well we will discuss what is happening in your body, and your not even aware.Health is your wealth and it should be protected,you can protect it by maintaining and cleaning your body and cells.You cannot drive your car without oil can you?nor can you drive it and not provide complete service once in a while.this is the same with your body.You dont need 100 herbs to maintain and heal your body you only need the ones you can absorp.In healing we cant use the one fit all approach because what work for John might not work for James because the elements that gorven their bodies is not the same.I will use what we call alternative medicine to emphesize,we have herbalism,aryuvedic and many more ways depending on which one you prefer. I will use aryuveda to explain how the body is desighned and linked to what we eat and can actualy absorp.In herbalism you are what you absorp,in aryuveda to reach complete healing your three doshas must be in equlibrium and balance,in western medicine find the symptoms and neutralize it.But all of the above means the same thing.Find the symptoms,find the inbalanced dosha and give treatment that the body will be able to absorp. You might ask yourself what is this doshas I am talking about and how will it help me.Some call it life sap or being or energies that make up our bodies,some even compare it to blood type.For me it means all of the above.There are three major energies in the body vata meaning air,pitta meaning fire and khapa meaning water.Vata relates to the nerve-force.It is responsible for all movement in the mind and body and is respinsible for circulation,respiration and nervous system.When Váta dosha persons are balanced,they are cheerful, creative, and adaptable,communicative,thin and low in weight,forget easy,very active,learn and hear very fast,they suffer from cold hands and feet. Váta people do not make good leaders or followers and are not materialistic, When Vata doshas person are imbalanced, they are worried, nervous, fearful, and giddy.Air or vata dosha is found in the colon,brain,thighs,bones,kidney,urinary bladder and pancreas.If vata is in excess in the kidney you will suffer kidney diseases e.g kidney stone. Due to low acid in the stomach this kind of people have weak digestion and they find it hard to digest certain food.They thrive when they align themselves with type A blood group diet.They should stay away from astringent,bitter pungent and raw food.To balance Vata you must eat sweet,salty,and sour food. Dieses caused by Vata can be treated or cured by herbs,fruits,veggies,grains that balance Vata because the body will absorp it simple but remember that firt you have to cleans and detox your major organs before taking any treatment. Second is Pitta dosha,exists in the small intestine, stomach,and colon as non-liquid heat, bile, or digestive fire.Pitta-dominant individuals, when healthy and balanced, will be warm, and have clear, penetrating thoughts,,have perfection tendencies,they are born leaders,hands and feet are never cold even in winter. They will tend to be leaders and/or athletic. They will be of moderate, muscular build,and will be passionate.When they overheat, they may find themselves impatient, hot-tempered, or too critical. Physically, they will develop heat-re-lated problems like ulcers, infections, rashes or acne, eye problems, or high blood pressure,heartburn,hyperacidic,emotinaly sensitives.Pitta is dominent in small intestine,liver,spleen,gall bladder,kidney,heart and pancease.They thrive when they align themselves with Type O diet because they have high acid in the stomach and they find it easy to digest protein.Stay away from pungent,salty or sour food.Reduce head by bitter,atringent and sweet flavours. Lastly we have Khapa dosha which is water.When Kapha dosha persons are healthy they love to cook for others, are strong, and loyal,have strong immune system,eating is their great passion,they carry excess weight.Imbalanced Kapha doshas become lethargic, hoarding, overly materialistic.These people are the emotional ones, full of love, desire, romance, and sentiment. However,they also have the negative emotions of lust and greed. Kapha doshas find it hard to adapt to new situations, yet they are very loyal. They have many friends and are close to their families, communities, religions, and countries.Mainly found associated with cohesion,stability and strength involved in material development of tissues they dominate mostly in the resiratiory system.Khapha is dominent in the stomach,lungs,urinary bladder ,pancrease and testes.They have poor and slaggish digestion and their diet fall under Type B and AB.They should Stay away from,sweet,sour and salty balance dosha withdry,light,warming,pungent,bitter flavour. Remember this doshas are present in every part of our body and they should be in equilibrium so that we don’t have excess mucus,because toxity and mucus build up,are the reason for imbalance and sicknesses.The gut is the main engine of the body should it not function well the whole body will suffer .The body can only absorp,and utilize effectively the nutrients that it needs,if you feed it wrong and poisonous food then the very same food you give it will be used against your own body.You cannot clean your house with sewerage water and expect it to smell nice,use clean water and detergent and it will surely smell nice.Before you start treatment detox,cleanse major body organs,kidneys,lymphatic,blood,liver,respiratory.Identify the imbalanced element that is causing you that illness.Use the herbs,vegetables ,fruits, and grains that balance the element,change your lifestyle and diet.Type A you can go for Plant based diet,Type B and AB mixed diet and Type O high protein and low carb diet,but pay attention to your body and you will never go wrong.
